Scar Pic

I did it. I peeled off the dressings for a looksie.

No stitches! Maybe they glued me back together.

Steve took this pic of me before I had come around from the anesthesia. He said he was gonna put the flower in my mouth for the pic but I woke up too soon - I get no respect 'round these parts.

Kidz are digging the new raft too

Here are the official Old Pueblo Race pics of me - see I was having a ton of fun until my smoosh... I love photo 2180. That is lap #3. I am on ChrisP's wheel and Dave is on my wheel. We were rolling along like butter.

Lynda I just had collarbone surgery 3 weeks ago so I know your pain. The expression on your face is one I too had right after surgrey. keep your chin up you'll be on the trainer in no time, then back outside where bikes are meant to ridden.

Nice. That doesn't look frankensteinish at all, looks like you got a sweet low profile plate there! It is pretty long tho. No wonder I didn't recognize myself in 2180...just a wheel, fork and arm.

Are ya looking forward to some river trips? Ye haw!

Just looks like a scratch to me but I'm liking your pained expression. . . are you requiring sympathy?!

dragon, that's downright mean. I can guarantee the expression came natural at the time of the pic. Why does that please you?

Dragon that is cold. Have someone slice you open & screw a metal plate to a bone. It hurts like hell! Not a laughing matter.

Dave and Rollitup I did not mean to offend you only to give my big sis some good old scottish sympathy.......that is a normal injury for a saturday night out and I was merely reminding her of what she was missing at home.
As for me being cold I live in Scotland it makes you hard.
Lynda stop laughing you'll open your (small)scar!

Geez, that's more entertainment than Lynda's had in awhile, LOL. I had no clue we were dealing with Bennigan humor, that explains everything!

I should have known Lynda's sister would be a dragon. You would be the one I was warned not to play chicken with???

Thanks for the sympathy wee sis. I am feeling quite fragile and pathetic at the moment. I just need to lie down and have my belly scratched for a few days.

Don't worry Dave, I'm only slightly more recognizable :)

Linda that looks like you'll have one good scar there. Take it easy and hope you feel better soon.

Mr. Dave just for future reference it's Benigan with the one 'n'. That sorted I'm glad that you have been pre warned and understand what you are dealing with...that said you do realise that does not put you at an advantage merely on your toes. Also knowing that you have been warned not to play chicken makes it all that more tasty to play!

Lynda,

Sorry to hear about your injury. I only found out recently.

I like the bionic woman attitude. You're amazing, as always.
