This One is for you Shane!

Cause your products rock...

I've got Cardio in ma belly and Drip in my bottle in this pic. Today was full on fine.

Two laps on the Jem and lap #2 was a PR for me. Steve came along for the first lap. Pink, Lily Allen, Girls Aloud, Arctic Monkeys and The Kooks came along for the second.

I'm tired of waiting for the Front Range to thaw, so I'll be hitting Saint George this weekend. Can you recommend some 1-4 hour singletrack trails? (for an expert level xc racer)

Thanks Lynda

This one I rode (Goulds/JEM/Hurricane Rim) is a don't miss.

For directions go to utahmountainbiking.com and scroll down the left menu bar for the St George area trails. Start going up Gould's Rim, continue on down The JEM trail and close up the loop on the Hurricane Rim. It is about 25 miles including the waaaay fun out and back leg down to Sheep Bridge at the end of the Jem trail. Hauling a** it's about 2:10 and cruising it is about 2:30. Two laps is a beautiful thing. Other classics are Gooseberry Mesa, Little Creek, Barrel Roll, BearClaw Poppy. All are on utahmountainbiking.com - super site.

...and I was riding in shorts and a jersey today. It has to be over 70F for me to ditch the knee warmers.

Thanks for the link. I found info for all but the Barrel Roll and Little Creek (looks like they removed the info from the site).

How dog-friendly is the area?

I feel kinda guilty looking at that first picture, like I should get slapped or something...

Well you should come riding with me then as there is a chance you may get spanked :-o

Yea I'm pretty SURE I'll get spanked! I'm the guy from your forum with the broken neck ;)

I'm a lot faster now but I'll never catch you!

Now that's kinda funny. I feel bad for being cheeky now... How is the neck rehab?

Jordan,

aaah, the BLM is working over a new official plan for Little Creek at the moment. Barrel Roll is an official trail built from scratch by the BLM themselves. It is new this winter so prolly hasn't been mapped by the utahmountainbike.com folks yet. It is a nice one but hard to find the trailhead and even harder to give directions to... JEM, Gooseberry, Green Valley, BearClaw and Stucki Springs trails will keep you busy for a weekend. Paradise Canyon is super duper nice too. If you ride Paradise look me up, that one is right behind my house. [email protected]

Have fun in St George. Stop by Desert Cyclery if you need a bike trails map, parts or help. They are the go-to bike guys in this town. Good guys.

Here is a link to my GPS mapping of Barrel Roll.

I'll be down there this weekend doing some longish rides Fri-Sun

Not sure where yet, likely with some of the red rock boys though. Would like to hit goulds/jem/rim, but sat looks windy,
