About Greg
Six years ago, Greg moved to Durango,Co with hopes of becoming a professional cyclist. By moving away from a traditional lifestyle and into a hotbed for cycling he found himself with plenty of quality competition. With good competition also comes motivation, so he began racing within one year of his move to Colorado.
After a few seasons of racing in amateur categories he began to get a feel for what it takes to become an elite cyclist. One must be physically, emotionally, and financially solid. So, operating a sucessful flooring installation company has created a means for training, racing and living. Although it is physically demanding, his results have improved every season and has reached a lifelong goal of becoming a professional athlete.
Greg is optimistic 2006 will be a spectacular season with plans to do one or two World Cups, the Norba series, road stage races, and more time to prepare and train for races than ever before. Judging by a strong first half season as a pro in 05, 2006 will be even better.
